Our Services
Structural Rehabilitation
When any structure gets damaged due to any adverse condition, it faces two options. First is to dismantle it and reconstruct it and second is to rehabilitate it. While the first option is simple and uncomplicated, it has many disadvantages – the most severe being depletion of natural resources, then economics limitations, environmental discomfort and many more make it on the route of rejection.
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
Rebound Hammer Test
This test kinds out strength of concrete in cover portion. This test gives fair idea about concrete strength for its first 80 to 100 mm depth.
Ultra Sound Pulse Velocity Test
This test works on principle of velocity of high frequency sound waves to pass through concrete. Depending on the velocity, the quality of concrete as regard to the homogeneity can be judged.
Half Cell Potentio Meter Test
This test works on principle of measuring milIi-voltage in reinforcement circuit using Copper Sulphate half-cell. It measures corrasion potential of steel in concrete.
Vibration Control
High RPM machines often face turbulence due to the vibrations on its body going out of acceptable limits. They have to be brought down to their acceptable limits so that the machine is protected from unprecedented damages and break down. Root cause identification for these unprecedented vibrations is extremely important to select the most appropriate treatment for smooth operation of the machine.
Acid Alkali Resistant Treatment
Both concrete and steel structures are weak against corrosive attack of acids and alkalies at dierent concentrations and temperature. Each set of such acidic / alkaline conditions requires tailor made treatment to protect concrete or steel structure especially from that condition.
